# Options for 23rd of September production testing The Australian gov announced the 22nd of Sept as the Public Holiday to mark the death of Queen Elizabeth II. The 23rd of September is also the Grand final day, the only day we can test SVA in production before it goes live on the 26th. Unfortunately the release date is hard to move as it involves multiple brand negotiations and Cimpress's schedule. We're so close to the SVA finish line. If it's OK with team I would like offer the following options for us to complete the production tests on 23rd(Friday): A. Swap the both holidays with any other two days after SVA goes live. Or just the 23rd of Sept if one chooses. (preferred) B. Treat the work on 23rd of Sept as on-call incident and get pay the incident rate(200%). If we do this, the manager will need to calculate the number of engineers and hours to be spent. We may only need a few hours of your time. C. Neither. Note: It's absolutely fine to choose option C. Nothing will be held against your choice.
