# Minutes

## Social

- People didn't come to pancakes which means no one bought tickets for the disco
- Games night will be weekly
- Scraping movie night altogether
- No games night because of ANZAC
- Every other week will have a games night competition with an entry fee
- Money going to new games
- Music jam night is tomorrow. Quinn is enthusiastic. Let's see how long that lasts. Karl and Sam will be attending, but not bringing instruments cause they're expensive.
- Disco, sold eight tickets in total
- D&D campaign with Flynn. Potentially organising with CFC

## Volunteer

- Water pong went terribly but was fun
- It was fine, but didn't have a huge turnout
- Raised money through gambling
- Relay for life
- Three first years, and a person that is first year old, but not enrolled
- Maya had to put the tent up in a storm. Heh.
- Tent is drying in locals now
- Ended up playing games. It was a good time.
- Quiz night is coming up, should be a good time
- Patricia lost her shit in the volunteer chat

## Academic

- Quiz night on the 12th
- Exam care packages a la last year
- Meredith suggested putting in seeds the pack as well
- We like plants
- Packing them on the 15th of May

## GYS

- We have new bins now!

## Inter-college events

- Puzzlemania
- Only one person, they got really far, considering
- Battle of the bands
- Actually, let's not
- There's nothing on next week
- Have to advertise the cultural events
