# ML Day
- Are we going to continue with ML Day? YC sees value in this
- ML day commitment issue caused by Platform team's capacity issue. YC suggests involving the engineers from other squads to delegate tasks and getting help.
- How ML can add value to current offering, to increase our revenue and fund more research? YC wants us to explore.
- Perhaps, working with partners like monetate for personalization might make more sense for Orange. YC encourages collaboration with other business units as Orange might not have the bandwidth for it at the moment.
- I shared how impatient I am for moo migration to be over. It's not a mundane task that can be fully automated -- it has a lots of intricacies but it's not intellectually stimulating.
- YC is keen on expediting Moo migration as product priorities has changed and this will free up financial resources.

# GCP
- Credits are expiring in December, I don't think our account manager will renew the credits unless we show some commitment.
- Since we're financialy constrained, when credits expire I'm concered that we won't be able continue our R&D efforts.
- Guoy and I had lunch with Pei Yu and Thiru. We're considering
- A talk on AWS vs GCP comparison
- A workshop on how we can improve our data engineering architecture

- Zed seems to be interested in exploring hosted Apache Airflow, Googe Cloud Composer. But only after they're done with current WIPs
- I think we can do a lot more exploration here since we're building new things that are in our product roadmap

- GPU sharing using Ali Cloud's Kubernetes plugin

- Apigee - API commercializing ML API

- I'm responsible for this.
- Convinced Hasif & Guoy how easy it is to use GKE, in comparison to EKS, during our HackWeek
- StackDriver
- Arvind was leading this
- I think he managed to integrate it with Moo

## GCP@Green
- Guoy gave a RocketSpeak on Cloud Run and will be giving a talk at GDGKL on the same topic this December
- No one else in Green seems to be interested
