# Cannot install a search client on Zendesk Console

I am using your docs to install a search clienton Zendesk Support. I have tried it several times, and each time I get the same error: ```Cannot unzip the package: Invalid files in zip file```


## Answer

I had a similar issue. The fix is to open your **Zendesk Console.zip** file and delete **Zendesk_console.zip** from it. Then try uploading it. It will work.

1. Open **Zendesk Console.zip**.
2. Delete **Zendesk_console.zip**.
3. Save the zipped file and upload it again.
