## Cannot see any fields to map in KCS Support Console
### Problem Statement
Despite adding ```lightning__kav``` in the **Articles Object** field, I cannot see any fields to map.

### Environment
Customer Platform | Salesforce Sandbox

### Cause
Object permission conflict in Salesforce.
The SearchUnify admin who authenticated Salesforce as a content source is not a Knowledge User in Salesforce.
### Resolution
Become a Salesforce Knowledge User.
1. From  in Salesforce, go to Quick Find Box and look up "users." 
2. Click **Edit** and check the **Knowledge User** box.
