## Update Round of Workstreams (workstream leads in brackets)

#### General / Legal (Tereza, Tree)
- We migrated to Matrix. Hooray! :tada:
- backup group on Signal - link on matrix or ask others
- clairee will join later

#### Venue (Tereza)
- 1st venue confirmed, lease confirmed, postpaid
- call with 2nd venue - Clubco. Info updated, considering support and connecting with their fintech/dev projects

#### Core Planning & Content (Tree)

#### Design (Exez)
- put together a list (table) of tasks to design, share to others - exez
- design call this week about a list - thursday 17:00

#### Website & Docs (Adam, Tree)
- Adam apologised for not being able to attend

*Needed*: Closed silent spot 3x3 meters.
- **board games**: Space-saving, budget-saving offline fun. Chess, go, checkers, darts, dice.
*Needed*: 4 tables and "darts row".
- **cinema**: Black Mirror series / movies: The Internet's Own Boy: The Story of Aaron Swartz, Killswitch, War for the Web, Steal This Film... How to solve rights?
*Needed*: Closed room with TV / projector so the sound is well and do not disturb hackers / talks
- **grab the flag** game: Simulation of the most famous smart conract hacks. "Flag" is an NFT you need to transfer from the address where the vulnerable smart contract is deployed, to your address.
*Needed*: Good marketing to let everyone know. Maybe some prize money? NTT?
- **soundhealing**: evening / full day performance.
*Needed*: Silent closed room, chill zone (fatboys)
