## Update Round of Workstreams (workstream leads in brackets)

#### General / Legal (Afri)
- Notary: today, to fix company name
- Bank: Friday to get access (in Person)
- Factory deposit almost paid (wiring 10k/day)

#### Admin / Accounting (Raul)
- sponsors spreadsheet updated
- reaching out to donations / community sponsors
- many annoying things with legal change requests in the sponsor agreements, hard for us to deal with since we have no legal department

#### Core Planning & Content (Franzi, Afri)
- hacker application reviews for batch 1
- helping with swag
- first list of needed signage and on-site decoration stuff

#### Experiences Curation (Helena)

Stina - Art exhibition update :)
- MP & Stina are curating the exhibition in Wildenbruch (top floor big room)
- Merkle Tree concept (inspired by "crypto grows on trees" exhibition at Devcon)
- Working only with Berlin scene artists x DoD
- Commissioned Berlin blockchain art timeline
- Opening hours for the public on Sat / Sun with seperate entrance (we did this before, works well)
- Opening hours not 24/7, closed during night time
- To check: When can we start setting up in Wildenbruch? Most likely just from Friday morning

Weekly meeting this Thursday
- Games meeting at 11am Thursday CEST
- Hellhound & escape room to save humanity
- Griff & Alberto (CO2) treasure hunt

- Chased beth on their proposal for a Regeneration Raum (she promised it by today)
- Spoke to Ola yesterday and will jump on a call with her Friday to discuss their proposal and see if we can negotiate it

- 24 tickets claimed

- Meeting later today to go over the suggested judges list and marking them as accepted
- QV options
- Shielded QV (Jacob): same features as Snapshot QV but anonymous. asked to set up a demo with them this week
- Ksenya: team has some scope, we might have to run our own ipfs node for it, but their front-end is not open source
