# 2022-04-13 Core Team Meeting

- Factory offer is in
- had a meeting with Factory yesterday, even the CEO attended, from ETHBerlin Afri, Raul and Franzi attended
- 426k after tax / net 360k for our usual (3 days, whole factory)
- asking for 50% deposit within 7 days after signing
- 190k catering for 3 days for 700 people (85€/person per day), 30% off if we reduce it to the stuff we actually need
- 97k for space rent
- 58k for people
- 16k production
- room for negotiation:
- offer is for 3 days, even though we are more like 48 hours (Friday is regular business for them)
- catering position is very high (reduce by 30%)
- space rent should be reduced by 30%
- take out spaces?
- 264k if they accept our negotiations
- Sponsor work has to start now
- Go/No-go decision needs to be taken soon
