- Ordered the survival bag contents, starting to make some payments
- Printworks wants to coordinate final t-shirt design with Hany directly.
- Deliver crop tops to Printworks this week?
- String bag design is agreed.
- Survival bag design needs to be finally agreed, then we can order this week.
- To receive the designs for buttons/pins and potentially stickers from Hany. Orders should be on time.
- Need to agree on webcam covers this week.

- yes, we'll need 2 volunteers for the times we have "program": Friday 4PM - midnight, Saturday: none, Sunday: 2PM-5PM

- - schedule briefing and Q&A call for beginning of September (~2 weeks before event)
- - describe volunteer areas & make a poll to gauge (non-binding) preferences

#### Judging (Nich, Jacob, Ksenia)
- Nich, Franzi, Jacob trialing Snapshot's QV voting feature. Clarifying some questions directly with Snapshot
- 30 confirmed, 17 pending confirmation
- Matrix group created, but no one invited yet
- Made a judging distribution sheet to see which other profiles/subject matter expertise we need
- We have a judging plan in place

#### Entertainment (Helena, Arseny, Kristina)
- After party venue almost confirmed (just finalising some last min details with regards to offer)
- Hackathon entertainment:
- Justin for the opening ceremony (has 4 pages of requests so we are trying to get some clarifications)
