- organisers can get access full day friday

- Entry banners, flags etc.
- Are there special requirements for decoration and banners? e.g. to show clearly where entry is for already registered people etc.
- Flag is better than rollup, can get windy, so heavy and big bold and visual is important; or branded airfilled things
