## Update Round

### General / Legal (Afri)
- Legal: meeting with notary today to "buy" DoD entity off MP and Alex as a first step to become MP
- Venue: contract with Factory still not updated, waiting for Murat to make changes (e.g. Covid clause and putting in right date and entity data)
- Insurance (Carl): ready made package for roughly 550€, coverage adeqquate, not more than 3000 people, we just have to be careful to not damage the grounds under the building

### Core Planning (Franzi)
- Announcement if everything goes well end of week
- No branding so far

### Admin / Accounting (Raul)
- invoice template ready

### Design
- Ligi, Afri and Franzi met with prospect designer on Friday
- next step was for Ligi to add him to the Matrix and onboard him properly
