For this, there are still a few open to-dos. Let's coordinate them here: - We need a claim page for the tickets and a small branding for this. Color codes and a banner should be sufficient afaik, right? For the first batch, I recommend choosing only the mentors and volunteers you are absolutely sure about, and not yet the "maybes". - Let's aim for sending the first batch before end of week! - Q: How long do we want the ticket vouchers to be redeemable? I would suggest 2-3 weeks for the first batch. - EtherCards vs. Status KeyCard vs. paper wallets vs. *other solution* discussion - paper wallets could be easiest option - Status have supply chain issues so not sure if they will be able to make them for ETHBerlin - Ether Cards not sure if they have capacity - waiting for response - Wait a few more days for response from Ether Cards/Status and if not we will look into the paper wallets next week - What do we think about dogfooding auti.sm social network for ETHBerlin? - We received a request from a social network called https://www.auti.sm/ They'd like to create a "closed" network for all ETHBerlin participants, using the addresses we give them with EtherCards. - Link to their docs: https://docs.auti.sm/developers/overview - It's pretty cool that they use GunDB and some other nice technologies. - It's like a decentralized Twitter, but can have private groups with whitelisted addresses, and private chats as well. ## Update Round of Workstreams (workstream leads in brackets) #### General / Legal (Afri) - Waiting for new entity name to be registered, initial one was refused - Need to amend sponsorship agreements with the new name #### Admin / Accounting (Raul) - 55% of budget is covered - we are waiting for Manta's payment (USDC) - Possible changes in legal name #### Core Planning & Content (Franzi, Afri) - PSE team declined collab after all for quadratic voting (they don't have capacity) - Schedule needs to be drafted still - Figuring out how much space and time we have for technical workshops - Keynote speakers #### Design (Hany, No BS) - Working on a secondary colour to complement the yellow - Priority is the website this week #### Website (Kaan) - Turned Website into a static one to work without JS - Got the designs.
