## Update Round of Workstreams (workstream leads in brackets)

#### General / Legal (Afri)
- company name "goerli dezentral ggmbh" (notary august/2)
- sparkasse access hopefully this week
- liability insurance paid/confirmed but on wrong company name
- agreements/invoices on wrong company name
- pay invoice for factory deposit this week (hopefully)

#### Admin / Accounting (Raul)
- came back from holidays just now
- will follow up with all sponsor emails / invoices after the call
- decisions for other sponsorship issues, call this afternoon

#### Core Planning & Content (Franzi, Afri)
- supporting all ticket voucher send-outs
- send out reminder email to all previous hackers (check old newsletter tool for email list)

#### Design (Hany, No BS)
- weekly call yesterday, preliminary design for website done
- website designs ready and waiting for dev
- simple page desing
- more complex design (gradual launch with more content)
- sponsorship announcement slides for tier 0 done
- call later today to discuss swag with Carl and Franzi

#### Website (Kaan)
- frist prio now to launch the website with new design
- check if Kaan needs help with development (Afri or Tim could help potentially?)

#### Sponsors (Christopher, Nich)

- 7 interest/confirmed for Tier 2, 1 remaining spots available
- 8 confirmed for Tier 3, 5 remaining spots available

- Most of the sponsors that are asking for calls are those that we don't want anyway, barely know what ETH Berlin is about.
- For the good ones, we could offer sponsor office hours

#### Community & Communications (Helena, Eylon)
- Keep pushing applications (350 so far, aiming for 1000)
- Announcing Tier 0 sponsors this week
- Also started reaching out to some press, Liam from Decrypt is super keen to attend. Will also be speaking with Infura as they are also trying to get media down there for their announcement
- Memes & motivational quotes keep coming
- Website almost ready for us to go fully loud

#### Swag (Carl)
- Meeting later for final design agreement on major swag items.
- T-shirt sizes are coming in from applications. Will we have enough time to collect all sizes or should we estimate?
- Printworks not replying, can someone visit in person?
- Estimated budget used is around 20k (gross) after the major items.

- 1st batch of mentor confirmations have been sent out

#### Judging (Nich, Jacob, Ksenia)

On this list please bare in mind we want a balance in spread of VC/product/technical people and track subject matter expertise
- Schwartze Katze and Nich met last week but others were traveling/at ETHCC. Still going back and forth on judging logistics in the judging channel

#### Entertainment (Helena, Arseny, Alex, Anastasiya)
- Still waiting back on venues:
- Treehouse, Kater, Mensch Meier, Chalet, Watergate
- Will reach out to Ritte and get a price as well this week
- BanklessDao & Nation3 sponsors so far, still need a venue to get a budget to see how much more we need
