# 2022-04-26 Core Team Meeting

- Raul: Budget
- require 567,700.00 EUR
- venue cannot cost more than 270,000
- discussion on hacker awards, are 150,000 too much?
- Discussion on hacking tracks, developer awards, and sponsor bounties
- most of this has to be discussed in detail
- Afri: no response from venue, but physical meeting tomorrow (Apr-27)
- should negotiate price down by 30% (from 3 to 2 days)#
- should clearly define what space is required and what not
- more details available after tomorrow's meeting
- Raul: we need a designer and design assets
- Hels: proposed meeting with Centrifuge designer
- Afri: suggested to include her in chats and meetings
- we really need design assets asap, mainly for sponsorship deck and website/social media
- also reaching out to Ligi's designer
- Afri: notary took a week to respond; legal is still to be sorted out
- Chris: knows people in Berlin that want to contribute (co-organizers)
- more than welcome; should join matrix and/or calls
- Theme doc and manifesto should be done soon, too
