## General Updates & Discussion
- Only TWO WEEKS TO GO until show time!! **Now** is the time to do all the things you want to do, e.g. reach out to mentors, judges, volunteers and start briefing them etc.
- We need a photographer - Does anybody know a good hobby photographer who'd be interested in taking a couple of photos during the weekend?

#### General / Legal (Afri)
- no update from register wrt to company name and address
- bank company name and address is blocked
- kraken account verification is blocked
- tax filings 2020 are done
- how did we do bounties in 2018 and 2019?

#### Core Planning & Content (Franzi, Afri)
- Another meeting at Factory :) Things are becoming clearer
- Room distribution almost final, waiting for Factory on decision with adding 3rd floor for more hacking space
- Ongoing speaker coordination
- Working on all on-site print/ decoration stuff (prepare for design)

#### Design (Hany, No BS)
Hany out for today's call. Here are the latest updates on the stream:
- T-shirt designs ready. Awaiting test print from the printshop.
- Stickers: making some final amendments today before review
- Sponsorship announcements:making the missing slides today
- Next up: posters + event branding (roll-ups, signage, etc.)

#### Swag (Carl)
- Everything ordered except for
- Swag printer (@Hany Let's align on format and provision of the swag files we can use).
- Stickers (Currently finalizing designs)
- Are enough people available in the office this week to accept deliveries and do small tasks on them as needed (e.g. fill the survival kits with stuff, remove labels, deliver crops to printworks, etc.)
- Expecting to be lightly (max.1000EUR) over total budget. Acceptable?
- We are once again missing the current status for T-shirts and string bags from Printworks. Please, someone follow up in person by the end the week. Questions for Printworks are:
- When can we deliver the crop tops?
- Is anything needed for finalizing logos?
- When can we expect the final delivery?

#### Experiences Curation (Helena)

- Finally negotiated & confirmed the Joyspace area!
- Escape room and treasure hunt being worked on - all seems to be on track so far
- meeting with gabe today to talk about how we can tweak his OFAC sanction experience at 5pm CEST

#### Volunteers (Rose)

- 48 volunteers in Telegram group
- Goals for this week:
- - calculate hours needed in total, devide by volunteers we have & split into shifts (see where we need to adjust volunteer needs)
- what are the 10 volunteers for during judging? (chasing teams, timekeeping presentations, lots of work really)
- Experiences team: Please confirm Culture Room numbers

- share shift sheet & descritptions of shifts with Volunteers -> Let them chose their preferred shifts (one week)
- how many hours we expect from them for full weekend
- date/time/location of orientation

#### Mentors (Anna, Caspar, Kirill)
- caspar: can't make it today unfortuntately, will catch up later with doc
- update email to all mentors going out today
- claim voucher if you haven't already, email me if expired
- sign in/out
- be mindful as a group to always try to have some mentors on-site

#### Judging (Nich, Jacob, Ksenia)
- Judge list / allocation to tracks and meta awards almost final
- Voting:
- most likely will go with linear voting + shielding instead of QV!
- test run of chosen solution next week (most likely snapshot linear vote + shutter shield)
- QUESTION: If we do linear, we think it might make sense to give judges a few more tokens than attendees (e.g. attendees 100, judges 200. still not a big impact since we have 36 judges and 950 attendees)
- Writing an orientation email to judges regarding logistics

#### Entertainment (Helena, Alex)
- After party venue confirmed! -> aeve (formerly chalet)
- free drinks until midnight whooop
- DJ sync up tmw morning
- ozan for hackathon
- sat open mic session / music improv session
- Goal to confirm all in-house hackathon entertainment by EOW

#### Ticketing (Ligi, Afri)

- extended / created vouchers
- small downtime as for DEVCon upscaling
