## General Updates & Discussion
- We had a super nice meeting last Thursday! Let's do this again next week? Same day? A little earlier (starting from 6PM?)
- sent an invite, lmk if you want to be added!
- Should core team members be judges? Open discussion, let's get rough consensus
- FH: Thinking about this a bit my take is rather tending towards no, we should not be judges. We will likely be very busy with handling the event anyways. People who want to be judges -> what about mentoring instead?

#### General / Legal (Afri)
- All notary appointments done, we are Goerli Dezentral now
- Visited Sparkasse Headquarters Friday, still no access, but they start feeling bad about it
- One sponsor payment is lost (25k), have to investigate this with all intermediary banks
- Applications closed for Mentors, Volunteers
- Hacker applications to close on August 16

#### Core Planning & Content (Franzi, Afri)
- Meeting with EtherCards
- Meeting with Factory on Thursday 10AM
- Meeting with Livepeer + streameth.tv for streaming stuff

- I need to give a final revision to Polygon's agreement before sending.
- for donations: sponsors asking for service in exchange, what do we want the narrative to be?

- Started sending press tickets
- Moving forward we can start announcing judges, speakers etc

#### Swag (Carl)
- Updated (conservative) budget puts us at around 23k EUR spent.

#### Experiences Curation (Helena)
- Call re. Escape Room & Treasure Hunt on Thursday (we will have the budget for this then)
- Griff and team will source all the props for the room, then he would reimburse us
- Beth's proposal is a bit up in the air rn. She's not sure if she will be around much, and she's being long working out the budget etc
- Call with Ola on relaxation stuff tmw afternoon to negotiate and figure out a package
- Proposal for Nation3 digital passports

#### Volunteers (Rose)
- reviewed all applications (ca. 120 in total)
- 4 people in Batch 2 (are vouchers sent out?)
- When is good time to send out mail with Telegram group?
- Batch 0 vouchers expire on Thursday

- Good call with Shutter last week. We will try to do a test run this week to test that everything works as we need it to

- After party venue still tbc. This is the biggest priority rn. Watergate is still the winner so far

- Ana spoke to the Treehouse, she is jumping on another call with them this week to clarify everything, but the additional venue was haubentaucher which we had last time and is way too big

- vouchers went out - small misshab with press vouchers
- proposal: dynamic preregistration: give core team members access to pretix and wristbands and sign up people throughout the week
