[Non-linear regression](https://enccs.github.io/julia-for-hpda/regression/#non-linear-regression) - With GLM can you use other distributions with GLM as Gaussion, eg Binomial or Poisson - Let me see what is implemented. Yes, you can find other choices described here (Bernoulli, Binomial, Gamma, Geometric, Normal, Poisson, or NegativeBinomial): https://juliastats.org/GLM.jl/stable/. Or more precisely here: https://juliastats.org/GLM.jl/stable/#Fitting-GLM-models. - path for the DailyDelhiClimateTrain.csv file - https://github.com/ENCCS/julia-for-hpda/blob/main/content/data/DailyDelhiClimateTrain.csv ### 9. [Scientific Machine Learning](https://enccs.github.io/julia-for-hpda/sciml/) - What is the difference ebetween universal ODE and neural ODE? - Good question! In my opinion no difference. There is a difference in which term is used in which context. UDEs for partially known equations like missing terms and NODEs when you model the entire right hand side (with some restriction on input perhaps). - There is a paper that considers both NODE and UDE at the same time and compare: https://arxiv.org/pdf/2410.14998 - But there is basically no difference between the two as presented, except that they apply them differently. :::info *Always ask questions at the very bottom of this document, right **above** this.* :::
