uECSA is the native flow units or utility credits of the ECSA Drive. uECSA represents a quantifiable use-right to access and utilize the core Network Utility provided by the ECSA Drive – primarily, its economic space agency services (runtime, coordination grammar, governance tools via ESP). It also facilitates access to ecosystem liquidity via the NLM.

uECSA is the internal unit of utility within the ECSA Drive, the foundational "Economic Network Computer."
