# LunchMate
*Like Tinder, but for finding your lunch partners in a crowded community, such as colleges, universities, and even workplaces, it’s challenging to connect with people.*

LunchMate is a website application, created to help people find their lunch partners. It prioritizes the minimalist interface and easy-to-use user experience.

## Why LunchMate?
Entering college, in the first few months, I have always found myself sitting empty at the table. For a teenager, "fitting in" is the issue I struggles with.

But this isn't everyone's fault. It's because I haven't found people who share the same interests as me. I want to change this. Inspired by *Never Eat Alone* by Keith Ferrazzi, I want to create a web application where people can enter their interests, and the app will handle the matching process.

With this application, I hope I can help to build more meaningful connections!
