Assessment Name: IAAP CPACC Exam Online Remote Proctoring
Date/Time: 11 July 2020 0500H Europe/Warsaw
Hi, some time ago I was taking IAAP CPACC Exam, and due to technical issues with video stream (Case # 01290438) exam was suspended. I wasn't able to rejoin this session.
Is there any chance I could reschedule this exam? I'm not sure if the video issue was on my side, so I would love to be able to retake the exam.

My name is Jakub Maksimowicz and some time ago I was taking IAAP CPACC Exam.
Due to technical issues with video stream on Kryterion center side, my exam was suspended. I wasn't able to rejoin this session.
I've contacted Kryterion Support to reschedule the exam, but they said I should contact IAAP directly.
Would you be albe to help me with rescheduling my exam?
I have CCd in my manager, as my employer has paid for this exam.
