# Art Lead — DrakonForge Studios

We're looking for an **Art Lead** to help create and manage art development at DrakonForge. As an Art Lead, you will work closely with other disciplines to guide our game's overall art direction. In addition, you will work to empower other artists with the tools they need to push the limits of their creativity.

#### Activities
- Develop a deep understanding of our game's mission and design goals to provide artistic vision and direction for our game
- Collaborate with the Gameplay team to explore visual designs for new content, including characters, environments, and accessories
- Assist other artists in improving production workflows and making the best use of available technology

#### Recommended Traits
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong artistic sense; an eye for the aesthetic
- A passion for creating a high quality visual experience
- Familiarity with art fundamentals, including color, lighting, and perspective
- A taste for cartoony, stylized, and low definition art
- Experience as a game artist is a bonus
