# Dialogue Writer — DrakonForge Studios

We're looking for an additional **Dialogue Writer** to write dialogue for our game's NPCs. We do not have voice acting for our dialogue, which brings additional challenges when it comes to properly conveying personality and emphasis. Dialogue Writers also have a hand in designing original characters and integrating them into existing gameplay systems.

#### Activities
- Write flavorful dialogue lines for various NPCs and events, including ambience, quests, and callouts
- Write dialogue that is tonally consistent with a fantasy genre
- Work with the Gameplay team to design a contextual dialogue system based on the surrounding environment, whether the player is a friend or foe, and more
- Design original characters with interesting personalities that can express their uniqueness through dialogue, behavior and appearance

#### Recommended Traits
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Experience writing natural dialogue that reads well and emphasizes the character's personality
- Looking to take on the challenge of writing dialogue delivered solely through text
