# Formal Statement from the Director of LETC

As it came to my attention very much within the community and with deep consideration and consulting with others, I believe it is in the best interest for us all to be *required* to partake within an educational program that will last around a week (ONE) time. This would include basic and in depth procedures and courses on how to become fully functional and best able peace officer within the State of Ridgeway.

Secondly with help of others within the community if an officer is reported for unjustified acts that can be seen clearly that the officer is self aware of the issue they shall be refused entry or blacklisted from entering the program. May this ever happen that person shall either be removed from office or from the current withstanding employment.

Lastly anyone who fails to partake within this program and refuses to do so is subject to removal of office and or employment position. If intake is closed and they proceed to change their mind they will be made to *apply* to the first LETC class. As of now all current "peace officers" will obtain free entry [subject to change at a later date].
