I. Account Login Issues
Q: I applied for an account and password but haven't received an approval notification.
A: Account approval in this system is manually processed and will be completed within three days, with notifications sent by the system. If you haven't received a notification after three days, please inform us via email.
Q: I clicked on ""Forgot Password"" and entered the account and password provided by the system, but I still couldn't log in successfully.
A: There are two possibilities: firstly, your account has not been approved yet by DocuSky; secondly, there might be an error in your account information. For the former, please wait patiently. If you haven't received a system approval notification within three days, please inform us via email. For the latter, your account is your full email address, such as docusky.contact@gmail.com. Your initial password is a system-generated random string. Please avoid copying and pasting as it may introduce invalid spaces, resulting in password errors. Also, once you receive the initial password from the system, please log in and change it. Thank you.
II. Library Creation Issues
Q: I have completed the library file (DocuXML), but when uploading to the cloud, the library creation was unsuccessful without any error messages. What should I do?
