## Brief
- To celebrate the launch and get more developers building on mainnet, we will be ampliying our presence in key locations worldwide.
- We will secure key speaking slots at the biggest evenst in each city during the time, and focus less on sponsoring those events.
- To continue with our future strategy of more hackathons, more self organized events, less sponsoring: we will introduce **Scroll Sessions** (name pending) as our flagship recurring event. It will be a popup event with a mixture of hacking, hackerhouse vibes, beautiful asthetics, and community-first ethos.
- We will look for Scroll ecosystem partners to co-sponsor these events: this move is less about money and more about inclusivity and cross pollinating our brand in our ecosystem
- A hackathon with bounty to be in each of these events
- Local DJs which we can record to make our own shared playlist to the community "music to hack to"
- Unique spaces to be hosted, serving apothecary vibes (coffee, tea, one alcoholic drink but no more)
- I'm imagining no more than $30k/scroll session
- The **Stream Party** will be our kickoff online event, hosted by our community
- We will close this with Rollup Day, our largest event of the year
- Each location will have onsite filming, DIY style: good phone camera and format will be in portrait mode for better viewing on cell phones. In december, we should have a good roadshow recap.
- If successful, we can continue the Scroll Sessions format into 2024. Success can look like:
- Capacity of each event
- Defining hackathon metric (Raza)
- Scroll mainnet deplyoments
