# Game Moderation Guidelines
#### These guidelines exist to make moderation action more standard, all moderators will follow these guidelines or be subject to removal.

## SECTION I: GENERAL INFORMATION
The Rules and Guidelines herein stated shall with immediate effect be the primary and above all else of such in the Nation of Lichfields’s Game Moderation Team. Should such regulations be broken, sanctions shall be delivered as hereafter described.
## SECTION II: GAME RULES
The following sub-section shall contain the rules which the moderate team may enforce in the Nation of Lichfield. This sub-section shall also contain which sanction may be delivered and in what order of offenses such shall be done.
### SECTION II.I: EXPLOITING
The usage, passively or actively, of any non-Roblox software and/or to alter the manner of how the game is played in a way not intended by the Developers.

The usage or with intent failure to report any malfunctions of the game unintendedly created by the Developers.

### SECTION II.III: LEAVING TO AVOID ARREST
The act of leaving the game during a detainment, arrest, interrogation, pursuit or any other activity where a Law Enforcement Officer has a person detained or is actively attempting to do so.

### SECTION II.IV: RESETTING TO AVOID ARREST
The act of resetting your player character during a detainment, arrest, interrogation, pursuit or any other activity where a Law Enforcement Officer has a person detained or is actively attempting to do so.

### SECTION II.V: WRITTEN TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT VIOLATION
The act of attempting or successfully bypassing the Roblox Chat filter to send chat messages or solely send messages which are in violation of the Roblox Terms of Service Agreement.

### SECTION II.VI: INTERFERENCE WITH AN ACTIVE ROLEPLAY SCENARIO
The act of attempting or successfully interfering with an active emergency scene or any other roleplay scenario where emergency services are involved.

### SECTION II.VII: AUTOCLICKING
The usage of an auto-clicker is allowed when you are working and getting money but it is not allowed while in combat.

### SECTION II.VIII: INTERFERING WITH PLAYER SPAWNING
The act of killing, abducting, detaining, arresting or any other activities which affect the player while they are loading in and not showing any activity at all in their spawning positions.

### SECTION II.IX: ABUSE OF DATABASES
The act of as a Law Enforcement Officer, Judge, Employee of the Executive Comptrollers Office, Government Official with Government Hub Access, Employee of the Ministry of Commerce with Company Database Access or anyone else with access to database altering methods abusing such methods by using them without legal authority.

### SECTION II.X: UNAUTHORIZED ALTERNATIVE ACCOUNT USAGE
The usage of another account that your main Lichfield Account without authorization from the Founders.

### SECTION II.XI: BYPASSING OF A MODERATIVE ACTION​
The act of bypassing a moderative action by using another account without authorization from the Founders.

The act of leaving during a hostage situation, kidnapping, robbery, shootout or similar to avoid the said situation.

Violation of roleplaying standards in-game in ways not mentioned specifically elsewhere, a Founder must review and clear the scenario in order for a moderator to enforce this rule.

### SECTION II.XIV: PRISON GLITCHING
The act of using animations or any other means, to glitch one's way through walls or any other building, to either alter one's position within the prison confinement or to escape from it.

## SECTION III: MODERATIVE ABUSE
Should a Game Moderator without intent abuse their abilities and/or violate any regulations put forth by this document, then said moderator shall lose their Game Moderator status immediately. Should this instead be done with intent then said Game Moderator shall be permanently banned from the game.
### SECTION IV: FOUNDER OVERRIDE
The Founders of the Nation of Lichfield shall have the final say on all Game Moderative issues and they may issue or revoke punishment outside of the regulations put forth in this document.
### SECTION V: PUNISHMENT APPEAL PROCESS
All Moderative actions in the Nation of Lichfield shall be appealable however it is not a right to get an action appealed. Should a person wish to have a moderative action appealed from their record then they shall contact a Game Moderation who shall be required to assist and guide them to the respective forms available for them.
### SECTION VI: CHANGES
The Founders reserve the right to change the contents partly or in full of this document at any point in time without notification or any other announcement of such. However, they shall to the best of their ability attempt to notify of such changes.
### SECTION VII: IN-GAME PROVISIONS
The High Table has installed a set amount of in-game provisions that dictate the game mechanics via these guidelines. They are the following.
When you have been “downed” you may not leave the game, as this will count as Leaving to Avoid Arrest. You may completely reset, and then leave but leaving from the downed position shall not be tolerated.
Law Enforcement Officers shall not be able to “camp” or sit within 30 studs to any sort of illegal dealer. Camping these gun dealers will count as General FRP.
Law Enforcement Officers must wait two (2) minutes before cuffing an individual off spawn after dying/joining the server. This is voided once the individual moves.
Leaving right after you die shall not be considered Leaving to Avoid Arrest.
### Section VIII : CUFF RUSHING
Cuff Rushing is not allowed except under certain circumstances. Those circumstances are if the user continuously logs on the officer but they are unable to cuff them in-time; if the user continuously seeks attention and leaves the scene upon pursuit; if the user continuously fail roleplays and the officer is unable to grab them appropriately; or if the user is glitching and/or exploiting the game. An Officer may not Cuff Rush if being shot at unless they sneak behind suspect and isn't being actively being shot
### SECTION XI: WEAPONS FRP
The act of unrealistic gun usage which is currently shooting water to land and shooting through walls (water to surface is allowed if your head is above water, if you're underwater shooting it's FRP) , shooting out of vehicles is allowed.
