# Technical Notes FAQ document for PETs Phase II # FAQs 1. What specific deliverables are expected for the user requirements component due on July 12th? The main objective of this deliverable is for all the participants to demonstrate that they have: - Identified various personas who will interact with your solution. Each user would have a set of paint points that your solution aims to alleviate. - Outline a journey for each persona. There is no prescribed format for how this should be structured or a recommended length. Typically, the personas can be listed in a table. There are many ways you could outline the user journeys––bullet points may be the most practical but you can have as much creative and exploratory approaches as possible. Your ideal users will be epidemiologist who would like to exploit data brokered using PETs. The team from Javeriana (with whom you can meet this Friday during office hours) are the best people to interrogate on needs and pain points. 2.
