# Grant Shepard Proposal ## Objectives within the role 1. Offer grant funding to projects &/or teams that best meet the Meta Cartel cultural values, wants, and needs *(to be defined by MC)*. 2. Establish clear milestones and expecations with grantees to ensure the granted funds are directed towards their deliverables. 3. Allow for all parties to have an easier coordination baseline for Hackathons. 4. Create & solidify a program of grant templates to bring stucture and ease to the process. *Examples include:* * Grant application form (for applicant) * Grant voting/review template (for Metacartel) * Grant acceptance info with scope clarification and milestone checklist. ## Expectations of Scope of work * Organizing Hackathon activities * Building a relationship with grantees to gain insight into deliverables progress. * Coordinating applicants, MetaCartel, and other mentors to the finish line of the grant voting process. #### Budget * 0.0625 Eth/ per hour of work performed. * Estimates will be provided for each section of work anticipated, as well as deliverables handed over within specific scopes of work.
