### Rough Idea of the paper format
- **The first part was roughly half hour, and contained 5 reading passages.**
- The passages were about subject of Humanities and Social Science, mostly related to english literature, anthropology, political science, history, etc.
- Were of MCQs format.
- Judges only the reading capability, and as she was reading newspapers everyday, she was easy able to grasp the content.
- **The Second part was quantitative, data interpretation. Not too mathematical.**
- The questions were mainly research based for instance, a statistics of the populations were given and based on that inferences had to be made.
- **Tips she gave** mainly were, if you had a decent reading habit and ability to grasp things plus the analytical skills, could clear it.
- Also, it was the same for her case, she did'nt know the paper format, she had to ask around too, someone told the same things about paper to her. She did say that to expect the unexpected too, that is anything could be asked and the same goes for interview.

### About the interview
- The interview mostly revolves around one's motivation to pursue the degree in that field in iitgn. You can check out the `digital humanities` page of iitgn for further details on the program as well. Doing some research on this would be a plus.
- In her case, her interview was more personalized, she was even asked question like why she would leave her state and pursue a program in another state as gujarat.
- She was confident and remarkably set her motivation(Why she wants to join) and persolnality in front of the interviewer. Confidence is the key.
- The interviewer wants to know your imperetives for joining mainly.
- For others, the interview was also about their research interests and their works(like thesis etc). So, anything to expect from the interview.
- She had two panel members in interview, but can be more.

- In the end she remarked `know your motivation`.
