# MCON2 MetaFactory Recap

**THANK YOU** to everyone who showed up and contributed to MF at MCON2
- Will run a Coordinape circle for event for 1,000 $ROBOT (propose)
- Retrospective of the event, what went well and where Moloch kicked our ass will follow

Going to do my best to breakdown contributors and highlight some value shoutouts.
- **DAOFREN** - Operated a bit as an unofficial coordinator. If viewed as full-blown event lead: 2/5 Stars:) could have been a lottttt better regarding pre-event planning, organization and execution. Lot of last minute madness but we pulled it off, fammm! Coordination, shopify, setup, errand crew, side event subs/comms, socials, loadouts & teardowns, yada yada. Future events will be better designated with roles, budgets and scoped experiences.
- **MetaDreamer** - MetaMedia high-focus on coordination/execution of AV for the full MCON event w/ OceanExile. AV/tech focus, MetaNodes (are you running a node, anon?). RaaveGuild x MetaFactory Official MCON After Party lead on executing the MetaLounge VIP + VIP distribution via HaLos & the POAP guerilla distribution. Repping MF70 a bit as model.
- **Milfdad Ben** - Came in CLUTCH with pre-event production rush for MCON2 event shirts (fixed misprint sleeve) plus MetaCartel shirt/hats and shipping out event stock w/ CptnSkeletor from NYC. Helped run shop a ton, store run crew for setup, after party & shop loadout crew, AV metamedia assist on interview + content with MF70, migrating sub-shop to Floor 1.
- **Sinkas** - Superrrr helpful across the board with setup, errand crew, shop running, tear down of shop + after party -- The MF70 full getup model end of MCON and afterparty.
- **Esteve** - Massive help on setup, shop running/execution, networking/representing MF, shop tear down. First to venue most days and always looking to help and improve wherever needed. Found a partner wanting to sell MF gear out of physical location in Madrid.
- **Pab** - POAP and sign designs, main event shirt (and MCON2 overall) designs, print shop runs, help with shop setup, etc. Contributed throughout. 5 star J provider.
- **Penguin** - Designed MF70 MF tableclothes and jumped on the printer when they almost dropped the ball on deadline, mega-clutch getting that resolved and picked up. Showed up Day 1 running Shop extremely well, was the main source of VIP POAP distributions for after party in tandem with the HaLos (stickered/scanned them). Thank you Penguin!
- **Boomboxhead** - Clutch Day 1 hospitality and vehicle/ride provision for errand runs for initial setup (Home Depot, Walmart, etc) -> venue -- to the point of vehicular sacrifice on the final stretch rolling up to Lumenade where she broke down parking (sad panda). Brought a ton of his music equipment up Day 1 and setup in the shop for open use, provided canvas used for collaborative tagging throughout event.
- **Cameron (Kong)** - Thissss guy. All things HaLo Kong x MetaFactory for the MF70 and VIP ticket rollout. Should get a medal for being as kind as he is talented. Need more Camerons in Web3. (Commit interview w/ Drew, Daofren and Sky)
- **IAmDigit David (Kong)** - What is a Cameron without a David. MetaFactory HaLo custom scan lander GOAT. Not only needed for the MF70, but for all MF with the new era of HaLo functionality and ERC gaining momentum. Vote Digit for MF x HaLo point person.
- **YulTek & Annie (IRLart)** - Bless IRL. Yultek & Annie, despite being super w/ Lumendare and MCON2 materials rentals (tvs, etc) were incredibly helful getting us setup for swag display racks setup and mounted to ceilings and event/afterparty teardown / pickup/delivery/storage of excess materials and stock. THANK YOU. Also pluggged in SellArtNotDrugs, LilFreshSam, AdultEntertainment for shop help and bringing their own products into the mix. Knocked the first official IRLart merch out of the park.
- **SellArNotDrugs Rob (IRLart)** - Huge periodic help in covering the MF shop alongside IRL and cross-coordination. Was paramount for the after party loadout for oferring up his ride/labor taking a bunch of our excess stuff and getting it sent out to NYC. Bonus points for enhancing the afterparty as fun guy.
- **LilFreshSam (IRLart)** - Customized swag live with the Bankless Probably Nothing embossed polos, went above and beyond her own designed products by helping operate our shop as needed and jumping in to help lead the Tie Dye lawn party <3
- **Aatif** - On MetaNode assist duty with MetaDreamer, brought some of his artistic talent and flair to kickoff the collaborative tapestry. Shop/party setup, loadins and loadouts. 5 star J provider.
- **Drew** - I vote all compensation goes to Drew's wife :P MF70 model, shop inventory loadout, transportation and shipment back to NYC. Commit interview with Cameron, Daofren and Sky.
- **OceanExile** - AV video content squad for event, vibes, helped on venue migration to afterparty with wheeels.
- **Kiba** - Special lil shoutout for apeing into MetaGear and MF70s plus some day 1 MF70 modeling.
- **Yalor** - Was point man for MCON2 full execution, but special nod to the multitasking and value overflow to MF. Respect for responsiveness for any ask and rolling up sleeves to haul equipment and tables at any given moment -- many in that position wouldn't be doing grunt work and showing up post-party early AM for full loadouts.
- **Sinjun** - GM Bus x MF Tie Dye Party execution -- amplified from "basic white tees" to custom collaborative "GM" shirt designs and a rush source/print job for blanks + all the dyes and equipment.
