接下來問題就是版面了，版面就直接使用[IEEE template selector](https://template-selector.ieee.org/secure/templateSelector/downloadTemplate?publicationTypeId=1&titleId=127&articleId=3&fileId=281) 下載目標期刊的模板

最後我覺得只能手工把內容一段段複製過去。

如果用word硬轉pdf檔，大部分可能安好，但是只要有一個翻譯錯誤就會格式跑掉，而且會不知道怎麼處理。因此還是決定從template慢慢編輯。
