最近整理書籤時翻出來的東西，這應該是我第一次請長假的時候，為了寫自動回覆所~~照抄~~參考的相關資料，整理一下列在這邊。

## 信件文章架構
總結這些範例，信件可以分成四部份

### 招呼語
跟一般的郵件往來一樣，先來個招呼語：

> Thank you for your email. <br>
> 謝謝來信。

### 離開時間
然後告知你的==狀況==與==離開的時間==，敘述一個大慨的情況就好，不用留下太私人的訊息或與公事無關訊息；但時間一定要標清楚。

> I am out of the office until 8/30. I am only able to check email sporadically and will reply to your email after I return. <br>
> 我直到 8/30 前都不在辦公室。我只能偶爾檢查電子郵件，等到回來後我會回覆您的郵件。

> I have little or no access to email at present. I will be returning to work on 8/30 and will get back to you at that time.<br>
> 我目前很少或幾乎沒有電子郵件訪問權限。我將在 8/30 返回辦公室，屆時會回覆您的訊息。

> I am out of the office attending a meeting today and may be slow to respond. <br>
> 我今天要出席會議並且不在辦公室，回覆可能會較慢。

> Our office is closed today due to a national holiday. I will be back in the office tomorrow and will reply to your email as soon as possible.　<br>
> 因國定假日我們公司今天不上班，我明天進辦公室會儘快回覆您的訊息。

### 急件處理
另外，也可留下代理人或是額外的聯絡方式，進行急件處理。

> For urgent queries please call me on XXXXXXX. <br>
> 如有緊急查詢，請致電 XXXXXXX。

> Please refer all urgent matters to OOOOOOO at the following email address XXXXXXX. <br>
> 有急事請找 OOOOOOO，她的 mail 是 XXXXXXX。

> Please contact OOOOOOO should you require an immediate response. <br>
> 如果您需要立即回覆，請與 OOOOOOO 聯繫。

### 屬名
最後就跟 mail 一樣屬個名
> Regards, Cynthia

## 範例
之前寫的信被系統洗掉，記錄下先前寫的 mail：
> Thank you for your email. I am out of the office until 日期, I will look to reply to your email when I return. Please refer all urgent matters to 代理人 on 分機. <br>
> Regards, Cynthia
