# EPF Cohort 6 Updates – Week 4 and 5 In the fourth week I couldn't do much work since I had university exams, and relocation work as well. However I was able to get back on schedule and had worked together with Dimitris on [Project proposal](https://github.com/eth-protocol-fellows/cohort-six/blob/master/projects/benchmarking_zkVMs_ream_dimitris.md) for Ream Client – A Beam Client in Rust: Benchmark zkVM Performance on Ream's Beacon State Transition Functions Other than working on this proposal I tried to dig deep into ere itself and turns out we still have to write separate guest and host crates for each zkVm, which doesn't make it much different than separately working on different zkVms. I have also set up Pico ZkVm and finished reading the ethStarks documentation. For completing my work on Jolt ZKVM, I am still waiting for their team to ship the feature of measuring the guest execution cycles. On a different note I was experimenting with the landscape of Mobile provers, and had set up [MoPro ](https://zkmopro.org/docs/intro). According to their benchmarks and work proving on mobile is more efficient than browser based proving. ## Next Week's Goals - [ ] Set up a similar codebase as consenJolt or consenZero for PicoZKVM and the guest programme should be able to execute
