## Availability

- A 3-4 hour sync window maybe utilised, where everyone is available. It maybe chosen such that it overlaps with everyones availability.
- Asynchronous work maybe practised at other times, where one could take up deep work to accomplish specific difficult tasks or take up work which doesnt require much collaboration

## Learning
- As discussed steps maybe taken to tackle innovation/education within the organisation
- A couple of hours, probably afternoon mid week or weekend maybe utilised for this
- People can contribute/work on these projects during free time too, but it maybe mandated that during the allotted time everyone is involved in it.
- Projects taken up could preferably have a utility for timeswap's core products. Such as tooling issues, new standards we run into etc.

## Asynchronous updates

Daily bot maybe used in the evening/morning before the standup, for measuring progress and identifying blockers before the call. (Pricing: Free/Freemium)
## Notion/Issue tracking
- Though notion is a great place to document, it is slightly difficult to keep track of issues when the scope tends to get bigger, i.e. when there is a need to associate issues with larger goals, sprints etc.
- There are several tools which solve exactly for this issue, but personally I feel [Linear](https://linear.app) strikes a good balance between simplicity and complex features.
- Notion may still be used as a wiki for documentation purposes.
