# ⚔️ PotSG Idea List Also consider checking out my [Practice Idea List](https://hackmd.io/@Couleur/Practice) ## :purple_heart: **MinemenClub** ### **Player activity** 🗣️ You can easily get players on MMC if you have a rank, just /announce and the whole server sees you're about to start a game with a button to join it ### **Feast** 🥣 The feast is useless, you can get: * Stacks of 6-7 health pots - You can already get stacks of 4(5 easily * Fire Aspect books - You can easily get a fire res pot * Debuffs - You can get so much potions (since they're stacked) that they barely drain you * Other miscellaneous useless stuff you can already get I personally prefer just looting and getting better enchants instead of going to the feast and lose armor durability and pots fighting people that often won't quickdrop. Enchanting is much easyer compared to Lunar, I almost always manage to make myself a sharp IV if I don't get disturbed and sometimes a sharp V if I'm lucky. ## :crescent_moon: **Lunar** There is overall less loot and players are less stacked at the end of the game compared to MMC ### **Player activity** 🗣️ It's much harder to get active games, there's a long cooldown to /announce (compared to MMC's 15 seconds) and ranks are much more expensive on there. * You get way less loot (especially bottles of XP) and there's a lot more rubbish (bows, efificiency books, and lots of other unused items) * The game is generally harder and more fast-paced than MMC's ### **Feast** 🥣 The feast is much more interesting on Lunar because this is where the only enchanting table spawns, all the other players have only the enchanting books to apply on their gear. This makes the feast worth coming back to ## :video_camera: **PotSG** footage playlist, in order: * Stimpy's Lunar PotSG series (9 videos) * ⚔️ Some KohiSG (5 videos) * MC PotSG footage from various YouTubers (4 videos) * My 54 minute, completly uncut POV of Ziblacking's 100$ PotSG tournament on ColdNetwork (#1 place) <https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLrsLsEZL_o4Pqkjw3Paf0Dd-6lFVxMlD_> ## ❗ **What I think is missing** And is where you guys could intervene and provide unique features: * This is essentially a Battle Royale, so push the competitivity with easy to access statistics and leaderboards, with generous prizes at the end of seasons (a nice rank/store voucher) * Make multiple maps (different structures set) (Hell, seasons, Aether?) and different amount of loot (HCF, Medium, OP), that get voted at the start of each game. * Mediatize the gamemode enough so that people can learn to get good at it and appreciate playing it Suggestions I haven't seen implemented but should be looked into: * Add a KOTH-like structure where the players spawn, so it's a real battle when players come back to get the feast * Add rare structures * Make random drops of OP loot around the map (4 of them at once, at each quadrant so it's fair)
