Admin:
- Contract discussion
- Current state: through Jan 2024
- Near term: Recompete triggers in a couple of months
- Actions:
- Working with BD team to draft white paper proposal for future state of TDP.
- Brief to OFA and contracting officer in ~4-5 weeks
- Draft 1 pager of high priorities for OFA:
- Move to AWS GovCloud / leave cloud.gov
- Draft approach for data collection on new reporting requirements from debt bill (largely SA driven analysis)
- More robust reporting/analytics capabilities
- UI enhancements: Regional Staff, Admin interfaces built outside of Django
- Notifications and communication enhancements
- DevOps efficencies
- moving off cloud.gov, adopting rabbitmq, breaking monolith into microservices, terraform/vault, moving off circleci

Roadmap:
- Breaking parsing workflow out for 3.2.XX into parsing/validation and parsing adjacent work streams.
- F/U call with Andrew to start initial plan and will have a larger call to talk through with SMEs

Open Discussion:
- Freeform, any topic from the team
- Admin trainings: only have to view the SH video, bill time to OH (should be ~1 hour total), all others review .pdfs, save them for referene and check complete
