Participation in Chill Airways is intended solely for accessing future products and services within the community ecosystem. This legal disclaimer does not constitute a financial offering, nor is it a call for investment. Chill Airways does not provide investment advice or fiduciary responsibilities to any individual or entity. Participation may entitle users to access features such as community governance, reward programs, and tokenized experiences that reflect access, not entitlement, to services offered through the ecosystem.

## Legal Jurisdiction and Compliance (ADGM/FSRA)
Chill Airways intends to operate under the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), a recognized common law financial free zone. We will act in accordance with guidance provided by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the ADGM to ensure compliance with applicable financial and non-financial regulations, especially those related to virtual assets, digital representations, and token issuance.

Any future token offerings, aircraft-linked tokens, or related assets will be launched via Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and governed under proper ADGM-registered legal structures, with KYC/AML enforcement in line with FSRA guidelines.

Participation in any future offering may require identity verification (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and country eligibility screening to comply with regulatory expectations. No token offerings or participation is permitted from or targeted at the mainland United Arab Emirates.

## Restricted Jurisdictions
Access to any future offerings, participation, or related assets will be strictly prohibited for individuals, entities, or residents in jurisdictions where digital asset participation or token offerings are banned, restricted, or require licensing. This includes, but is not limited to:

- United States of America
- Canada (all provinces)
- People's Republic of China
- Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea)
- Iran
- Syria
- Cuba
- Afghanistan
- Belarus
- Russian-occupied territories in Ukraine
- Mainland United Arab Emirates
- Any country subject to international sanctions

We reserve the right to update this list based on regulatory advisories or global compliance shifts.

## No Guarantees or Representations

Participants acknowledge that any future digital representations or utility systems launched by Chill Airways may have no market value, no guaranteed liquidity, and no expectation of profit.

## No Secondary Market Responsibilities
Should a third-party exchange or marketplace choose to list any future token or product related to Chill Airways, it will do so independently. Chill Airways will not facilitate, support, or operate any such secondary markets.
