All active duty personnel are expected to study and display the guidelines set by this handbook at all times. # Table of Contents [TOC] # Introduction ### Integrity Founded on the principles of reformative corrections and ethics, all personnel are required to abide by these regulations and remain with utmost integrity during the course of their duties. Integrity can be defined as the ability to act ethically even when one is not watching, with duty in mind. ### Responsibility All personnel must maintain themselves with regulations and rules that they must abide with. All personnel are responsible for their own person. Furthermore, all personnel must be responsible in their duties and actions and be held accountable for such. ### Efficiency i have no idea what to put here honestly... ### Loyalty Personnel are expected to be, and remain, loyal to the institute all the times during employment. Personnel should ensure their allegiance is with the institute and not against it. ### Dependability Dependability should be defined as being trustworthy and reliable at all times. Command should have the expectation that personnel be able to be dependable to complete and reasonable task(s). # The Structure Defined ### Company Structure The Sentinel Behavioral Institute was founded on the principle of withholding and censoring extreme cases of mental illness from civilian life. The facility is joint task force, formed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Central Intelligence Agency. ### Medical Department The Medical Department was established to ensure that individuals remain in top physical health and to closely examine neurological inbalance. Medical Personnel are to be the top trained personnel in the facility, securing the ability to handle any medical situation that may occur. ### Analytical Department The Analytical Department was established to examine and document behavior(s) displayed by individuals. These files are some of the most important documents in the nation and are kept under extreme surveillance. ### Ranking Structure #### Facility Overseer The oveersing force of the facility. This personnel is the high rankest of all and tasked with overseeing all operations of the institute. #### Director The Director of the facility manages all staff and operations. This personnel should be fully aware of all administrative action and employment within the institute. #### Deputy Director The Deputy Director assists the Director in all matters of management and employment. #### Department Head Department Head(s) are responsible for manging their respective departments. They will report to the Director with frequent reports on the status of their department. #### Deputy Department Head Deputy Department Head(s) assist Department Head(s) with the management of their departments. #### Department Administration Department Administration are department clerks. These personnel manage paperwork and documents for their departments. #### Supervisor Supervisor(s) manage department personnel directly. These personnel are responsible for ensuring the personnel of their department constantly remain with department standards and the institute's handbook. #### Senior Personnel Senior Personnel are personnel that have mastered their duties and have earned the respect of their department's command. #### Personnel Personnel #### Intern Intern(s) are newly hired personnel that must go through the training process. These personnel are expected to complete the training process and strive with their departments. # Clothing Regulations ### Combative Department Combative Personnel are mandated to wear the items they spawn with. These personnel may not wear any items that protrude through any of the default items. Department and/or Facility administration may override items that protrude. ### Medical Department Medical Personnel may wear scrubs of their own, as long as they are dark and color and do not protrude any default items. All Roblox accessories must remain dark colored and professional.0 ### Analytical Department Analytical Personnel must wear business-casual clothing and professional Roblox accessories. These personnel may not wear suit coats or anything that is too formal. It is up to Department and/or Facility administration to interpret the formality of clothing. # General Policy ### Professionalism Personnel are expected to remain noticeably mature and professional throughout the institution. While grammar will not be enforced, personnel will still be expected to uphold the reputable title of Sentinel Behavoiral Institute. ### Activity Personnel are expected to remain visually active by standards outlined by their direct supervisor. In such an event deemed necessary by the executive personnel, the Executive may implement additional requirements to supersede any pre-implemented requirements. ### Whistleblower Personnel, past or present, unless in the benefit of their own, may report any member of the institution without being discriminated against or harassed. If the personnel does not feel comfortable using the report system in place, they may report that individual through executive personnel. ### Equipment Personnel may only use the equipment they spawn with. They may not use equipment that they receive from any other means. ### Team Limitations Interns of any department may only join the Intern team at the description of their department command (and those tasked with training). Personnel on administrative leave may not join any team other than Individual. ### Classification Any contents that are only accessible through your rank or division access may not be released to the public without authorization from department command or executive personnel. ### Communication --will need a name change, doesn't make sense. Personnel, employed or not, may not speak negatively about the institution or release information that is not for public release. No personnel may present themselves in a manner that may denote or make one believe that they are in violation of these rules and regulations.
