## Game Rules
### Roleplay is not enforcable nor recognized by moderation. It may be done but it will not result in any action if ignored or falsely conducted.
FRP is not recognized as a moderation offense. You may still roleplay but there is no account penalties related to roleplay-related offenses.
### A player, after being respawned, is considered a new life unless under certain circumstance.
Also known as the ''New Life Rule'', each player cannot be held for actions done under a previous life unless such a player is continuously and repetatively acting out such actions.
### Repetative and unnecessary killing players is detremental to gameplay and is not allowed.
You are prohibiting gameplay by preventing players from playing the game. This is not CS:GO. This is not Rainbow Six Siege.
### Third-party programs are prohibited from majorly altering gameplay of any player.
This rule shall not extend to an FPS unlocker.
### Abusing glitches, bugs, game mechanics, or security holes, unless done with permission by the development team, are strictly prohibited.
Development team will only grant such permission under the guise of play testing.
### Using alternate accounts to bypass account moderation is strictly prohibited.
Moderation terms will be promptly increased on both accounts.

## Discord Rules
### Vulgar, sexual, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
Content that includes pornography or any type of disturbing text (and or image) is considered NSFW. This also applies for disturbing creepypasta & disturbing cursed images.
### Respect is not optional.
Members may not belittle or disrespect other server members.
### No user may say any derogatory slurs or statements in an attempt to degrade another user
Terms such as "retard" or "sped" may not be used in a derogatory way to any individual, in the server or not.
### Users may not have an avatar or username that can offend other players in a realistic manner
Avatars that include The Nazi logo or anything of that such has no place in this server.
### The only language permitted in the server is English
All members must speak English. Moderators are not exempt.
### No leaking of information or using private information with harmful intent should take place
No members should leak another memebrs information without explicit consent. This includes personal information, images, etc..
### Users may not spam any type of characters or images/videos
Members should not send 5+ of the same (or similar) content in a short period of time. This includes voice chat, text and images.
### Use common sense
Because we cannot list every single rule possible, members are expect to have common sense. Loopholes of any rule breaking will still be considered a rule violation.

## Moderation Commands
### Game Commands
- **kick** (username) (reason)
- kicks the user
- **tban** (username) (reason)
- temporarily bans the user
- **pban** (username) (reason)
- indefinitely bans the user
- **unban** (username) (reason)
- unbans the user
- **view** (username)
- views the user
- **notify** (username) (message)
- sends a message to the user
- **team** (username) (team)
- changes team of user

### Discord Commands
- **mute** (user) (time) (reason)
- mutes the user
- **kick** (user) (reason)
- kicks the user
- **ban** (user) (reason)
- bans the user

## Moderation Time
### Game Moderation
There are three types of moderation times. Kick, server ban, and indefinite ban. The serverity of the rule violation will depend on the time of the ban.

- The following should reslut in a kick
- Do not excessively kill other players (repeated offenses)
- Abide by the Roblox Community Rules (low severity)
- Do not spawnkill

- The following should result in a server ban
- Abide by the New Life Rule
- Do not excessively kill other players (if continues after kick)
- Abide by the Roblox Community Rules (medium severity)
- Do not spawnkill (repeated offenses)

- The following should result in an indefinite ban
- Do not use third party programs
- Do not use alternative accounts to avoid or bypass moderation
- Abide by the Roblox Community Rules (high severity)

### Discord Moderation
There are three types of moderation times. Mute, kick and ban. The severity of the rule violation will depend on the time of the ban.

- The following should result in a mute
- Content considered to be not safe for work (NSFW) is prohibited from the server (very minor violations)
- Each member is deserved respect at all times while in the server
- The only language permitted in the server is English
- Users may not spam any type of characters or images/videos
- Use common sense.

- The following should result in a kick
- If an individual continues the same rule violation they were muted for, they may be kicked.

- The following should result in a ban
- Content considered to be not safe for work (NSFW) is prohibited from the server
- No user may say any derogatory slurs or statements in an attempt to degrade another user
- Users may not have an avatar or username that can offend other players in a realistic manner
- No leaking of information or using private information with harmful intent should take place
- Abide by the Discord Terms of Service

### Appealing Moderation Action
Members may appeal moderation action [here](https://forms.gle/WiJ9J6AwZpP96wSv9)

Appeals must be sincere and the individual must understand the reason for the action. Action that is less serve may be appealed easier. This includes auto clickers, minor Roblox TOS violations, etc..

Individuals banned for violations like exploiting, major Roblox TOS, etc.. will be held to higher standards.

Community removals and leaking of private information may not be appealed to a Moderator and must be reviewed by an Administrator.
