That was the initial objective.

Sales go into ETH Collateralized self-repaying loan.

In this situation, instead of buying and locking VELO or AURA -- the loan is deposited into alchemix, and then yield is earned in this way.

The Moloch Dao would still function the same.

Barrie has been musing about alchemix branded token wrappers for governance war projects [crv | aura | velo]

I have suggested that the structure uesd by velodrome which wraps their VELO token is votingescrow.sol and that the TokenURI which summons the artwork, is in VeArtProxy.SOL -- both of those in the velodrome repo.

The business concept there -- is that many protocols could benefit from fundraising // organizing their people to purchase or invest into a DAO where the focus is to increase their veNFT power.

The concept of veBribes or veDAOs -- is in line with alchemix's self-repaying loans.

It could be like a self-repaying veDAO.

So, the more complex idea, might be something like a series of custom wrappers for (say veVELO), which targets each of the top protocols holding veVELO:

Outlines how a NFT can be bound to an account [ERC6551],

And then that account can have governance shares of a DAO built on top of a Gnosis Treasury [Moloch v3.]

So, it looks like there may be a few projects here:

1) A simple NFT where the funds go into a Gnosis Safe governed by a DAO, whose shares are attatched to those NFTs, and then are used in a self-repaying Loan, which yields back to that DAO.

[Alternate setups here -- the ETH is used to build a veVELO | AURA | CRV position, and the yeild is returned to that DAO. | LP positions.]

2) A VotingEscrow Wrapper partnership with Velodrome | Aura | Crv -- which would wrap say VELO - into veVELO -- but with modified tokenURI -- so that there could be limited supply runs, and those NFTs could have nicer artwork.

This would also be integrated into Molochv3.

And in this situation, the bribes from these would go to the DAO.

Alex is focused on Self-Repaying Loan integration.
Barrie is focused on wrappers for vetokens.

**Basically** - I think I'm hoping that you all will find shared incentives to build an Alchemix Branded veDAO Incubator -- which uses a variety of net artwork and helps many different protocols build their LP Directing Assets -- and holds those in Moloch DAOs.

Different artists [myself included], could come up with limited collections, for these NFTs.

The NFTs could be keys to the moloch dao.
Or, they could be wrappers for existing VELO | CRV | AURA tokens.

It would basically turn into a marketing dept. for grassroots veDAO incubation.

If this benefits Alchemix and Daohaus -- then artists can use it to make functional limited run work, with targeted audiences for each collection + utility which financially aligns with the collector's DeFi investments.

yeah, all this sounds really cool to me.

the NFTs could take on a life of it's own but there are kinda the standard things.
- secondary sales (royalties to DAO)
- compelling artwork (could even be controlled/changed by the DAO)
- total supply (maybe future raises by the dao) etc

but these NFTs are special in the fact that they are basically wallets
- interesting questions on secondary markets, and underlying value of NFT owned assets (ragequit or other independent assets). each nft could have an independent floor built in.
- arb opportunities and ragequit

Also the basic DAO stuff
- fund raising through a NFT launch
- governance over shared assets and on chain execution
- delegation
- gathering signal from members around objectives/strats
- a nice way to do reward distribution (rewards into shared treasury and ragequit)
