Build a subgraph for the Colony DAO platform.

### This is a summary of the project's goals through this proposal:
- Build a subgraph for the Colony DAO platform that can serve data to the deepdao.world dashboard.
- Define schema/entities that reflect the Colony DAO structure.
- Confirm data model to suit deepdao.world.
- Align with the Daohaus/Moloch subgraph entity schema.
- Use the Colony network contract as a registry for the individual Colony dao contracts.
- Use Data Source Template mapping to cache Colony contract events.
- Will allow us to surface data for all Colony DAOs launched from this network contract.

**Services**
- Contract analysis/data mapping to define the schema and map data from events to entities.
- Subgraph development in AssemblyScript and deployment to TheGraph.
