What I want to test is the app’s ergonomics and the facility of the navigation with the different features for the users. This app is about convincing eldery people to go on Mars. You'll find news/ videos/ arts/ testimonies and tickets to actually go on Mars. Q1: No question so far. **General information related to the topic** Q2: -How often do you use social network? I use social social media 5/6 a day. I mainly use Whatsapp and Facebook. Q3: -What type of content do you like the most on the internet? I like news, and funny videos and images. If no, what can we do to improve it? Yes, i like it. The disposition is very nice but i would change the colours. Q6: -Do you think our app is easy to use? Is it easy to find what you are looking for? Yes, it is very clear. Q7: - Do you thing the transition between the pages is smooth ? We are confined together in Saint Jean de Luz in the South West of France. **Duration of the meeting:** 30mins ## User scenarios testing **1st instruction** : You are looking for tikets to go on Mars. **Observations:** She directly found the tickets' window, she struggled to find the classic ticket and was confused by the previous offers/advertisements. So maybe we should put the classic offer first to make it clearer. --- **2nd instruction:** You are looking for the latest news on Mars. **Observations:** She found it very easy to find the news and could navigate between articles quite easily. No specific improvement needed. ## Qualitative testing **Positive feedback:** - Very clear and very well organised - Convincing --- **Neutral feedback:** - Content is very complete - Payment method is user friendly --- **Negative feedback:** - Lack of customer service - Confusing classic ticket buying --- **Learning & insights:** We've learned that the app is quite satisfying. The user was amused and found it playful. --- **Decisions & actions:** We should improve the customer service and reinforce the tickets section by making it clearer. :::
