## Directions
packages page should not repeat what's on home page
Fill space with images/icons representing the packages and brief descriptions of the packages.
## Steps/To do
- `../pysal.github.io/content/packages` contain a markdownfile with descriptions. translate content into metadata for hugo to read.

- need images for packages - preferably plots generated by matplotlib. Uniform color swaths, iconography.

- pull from diagnostic plots from [PySAL notebooks](http://pysal.org/notebooks/intro.html)

## redirecting html
layouts/partials/list.html listed `{{ partial "default.html" . }}`
changed to `{{ partial "packages.html" . }}`
created laouts/partials/packages.html
by doing this, we can write new html specifically for the packages page.
