If we can represent the service catalogue (not topic in this bof) with respect to data lifecycle then also customers could see what training we offer in each of the steps if the lifecycle. Also what is the objective of CSC – and what training CSC should offer. Then do we offer that or is something missing? Also with respect to other NCCs etc.
