You select 'Smash, 1v1' and play with the following ruleset. General settings: Stock: 3 Time: 7:00 US-Meter: No Spirits: No Start damage: No Level choice: Free Items: Everything off & never More rules: Wins: 1 Level switch: No Level dangers: No Lauchability: 1.0 Boost: No Damage meter: Yes Singles: ... **Set Procedure** • Players will first strike stages then pick their characters. • Game 1 starts. • The winner of the first game bans 3 stages then the losers chooses the stage for the next game. • The winner then chooses his character. After that the loser chooses his own character • The next game is played • Repeat from the third step until the end of the set. **Stage agreement clause** Players may select any LEGAL stage if they both agree on it. Players may not choose illegal stages nor change the length of the set. **Stage Striking** The player who stands highest in the brackets (seeding) may choose who strikes the first stage. Stages are stuck in a P1-P2-P2-P1 order. **Pausing ** Pausing can either be set on On or Off. Though, if a player pauses the set his opponent may choose to have him SD his stock or not. **Stalling** Stalling, or intentionally making the game unplayable, is banned and at the discretion of tournament staff. Stalling includes but is not limited to becoming permanently invisible, continuing infinites past 300%, and reaching a position that your opponent can never reach you. Stalling will result in a forfeit of the game for the player that initiated the action. You are responsible for providing proof. **Sudden Death AKA Time-Outs** If a game goes to Sudden Death, the winner is determined by stocks and percentage at the time the game ends. When the timer expires the player with the higher stock count is the winner. If both players are tied in stocks the player with the lower percentage is the winner. In the event of a percentage tie, or a game in which both players lose their last stock simultaneously, a 1 stock tiebreaker will be played with a 3 minute time limit, this tiebreaker ruling also includes self-destruct moves that don’t force a winner. The results of the in-game 300% Sudden Death do not count. If Sudden Death occurs in a tiebreaker game, this process is repeated once more. If it happens again, the Sudden Death is played out and used to decide the game. **Miscellaneous** Mii fighters will only be allowed with the 1111 setting. **Stage list** Starters: - Battlefield - Final Destination - Pokémon Stadium 2 - Smashville - Kalos Pokémon League Counterpicks: - Yoshi’s Island - Lylat Cruise - Town&City _______________________________________ ## 3) Play your match Play your game(s).
