# The Lawbook of the City of Chicago > CH.0065 - Officilization of the Chicago Lawbook; to outline and put in effect the City of Chicago's criminal laws and civil torts. The Chicago Courts will be required to uphold these laws within the courts in spite of passed law; The District Attorney's Office will be required to faithfully decide the prosecution of these crimes. The City of Chicago Lawbook is opened to amendments by the City Council with probable cause or suspended laws and Torts. No law shall restrict said crimes from proper justice or prosecution. Not in any way, shape, form related to any real-world City or District. ## TITLE I. CRIMINAL CODE ### SEC. I. V.
