# Penal Torts
### SEC. I. TORT LAW

| 1. C. Stat § 1.05|Harassment|Any individual who continously harass with the intention of gaining something
| 1. C. Stat § 1.06|Breach of Privacy|Breach of Privacy shall be defined as the act of impeding, or violating on another person’s fundamental right to privacy, where privacy is expected.

### SEC. II. TORTS AGAINST THE CITY

| 2. C. Stat § 2.03|Misconduct |Misconduct by a City Offical, Law Enforcement Officer, or Government Employee is defined when unlawful duties are partaken in by the employee without proper jurisdiction or authority.
| 2. C. Stat § 2.04|Negligence per-se | Negligence by any Government Employee is defined as Negligence per-se. The act of an employee with authority, neglecting to perform their assigned duties swore to the city.

| 3. C. Stat § 3.03|Witness Tampering |The act of tampering, harrassing, or attempting to alter the decision of a witness under oath. Identified as an Criminal Tort.
| 3. C. Stat § 3.04|Misrepresentation |The act of a Bar Certified Attorney representing or making changes without the clients consent to do so is misrepresentation.
| 3. C. Stat § 3.05|Malicious Prosecution|The act of a Municipal Prosecutor unlawfully or using malicious advantages to steer the case in favor of their party or presenting maliciously out of order to the defense.
| 3. C. Stat § 3.06|Racketeering | The unlawful act of bribing, intimidating, or threatining to change the outcome of any decision within a case. Defined as attempting to obstruct a case and/or parties involved. Identified as an Criminal Tort.
