# The IMC Foundation Retreat 2022.2 #

## Abstract ##

Interacting Minds Centre (IMC) is a research organization in transformation: digitization, commodification, ethical and environmental sustainability. This situation means new collegues, new behaviors and, in some cases, acceptance of new values. But IMC does not have an onboarding procedure and is to some extend goverende by tacit or implicit rules transferred from different scientific domains. In the _IMC Foundation Retreat_ we will remedy this lack of en explicit onboarding procedure and governance stucture. Through a series of scientific talks and exercises, we will define mission, vision, & values statements, map competencies between labs, and together increase IMC's scientific innovation potential.
