Center for Humanities Computing Aarhus (CHCAA) has openings for student developers to work in research projects and support during 2021-22 (7-14hrs/week). CHCAA is a research and development unit at Aarhus University that collaborates with researchers from arts and humanities (Faculty of Arts) at Aarhus University. As a student developer in CHCAA, your job responsibilities include: day-to-day administration og our servers, exploring and developing usage of the uCloud-platform and providing end-user support for users of uCloud. Student developers are expected to participate in CHCAA's common activities, when they are related to their project(-s) specifically. Participation in other activities is optional.
Qualifications:
Applicants must:
- have several years of experience with Linux, Linux terminal and bash-scripting
- be good at organizing and is consistent when carrying out a plan
- have a basic understanding of Git
- be open and ask a lot of questions because there will be a bit of a learning curve
