- A `spike` is a product development method originating from extreme programming that uses the simplest possible program to explore potential solutions.[1] It is used to determine how much work will be required to solve or work around a software issue. Typically, a "spike test" involves gathering additional information or testing for easily reproduced edge cases.
#### Sprint Planning Meeting
- Host on the first day of a sprint.
- The product manager decides the development priorities of the product.
- The development team decides how much the workload size is in each sprint.
- Definition of Done (DOD)

### Review
The development team will show the development results and let the product owner check and accept them, this phase is used to check where should be adjusted.

- All team members must participate.
- Stakeholders can be invited to participate .

- Retrospect and Review the Scrum process and find out what needs improvement.
### Stand-up meeting
- About 10-15 minutes of meeting for sync informations.
